1. Ordering
1.1 When you place an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate and you have permission to provide them. You enter a contract with SimplyTutu when you place an order. Payment will be taken when the order is processed, and the order will be completed as per your selected shipping method and current despatch schedule. The despatch schedule may change from time to time and this will be communicated to you within the “Order Book” Section of the Website. All times are an estimate and we require that any specific date requirements be communicated to us at or before time of placing your order. You will receive an email confirming your order, with subsequent emails informing you of dispatch of your goods. Please check all details are correct, including ordered items and address details.

1.2 You can place an order using a debit/credit card or with a registered Paypal account, by creating a secure account or by checking out as a guest.

2. Availability
2.1 SimplyTutu works hard to keep the Website and stock levels up to date and embellishments and materials as per the product photographed. In the event that a material is no longer available we reserve the right to substitute Materials on a like for like basis. We will endeavour to contact you should a product be significantly different.
2.2 SimplyTutu reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders, in the event of:

 Product out of stock / discontinued
 Fraudulent activity
 Errors on the website
 Incorrect address / outside of delivery zone (see delivery page)
 Incorrect billing information

3. Delivery
3.1 We offer different types of shipping methods that are available to you dependent on your location. In the event of delivery delay, please refer to our delivery page for information on when an item can be declared as missing.

3.2 From time to time we may offer Free Delivery services to UK Mainland addresses.

3.3. Shipping  and delivery times are indicated on our delivery page and are in addition to Despatch estimates provided.

3.4 Please refer to the Shipping Estimate Calculator provided at Checkout for a specific Weight and parcel size based calculation of your Shipping cost.

3.5 We reserve the right to Ship Large orders in separate Packages with multiple carriers if appropriate. This will not incur any additional charges.

4. Returning Goods
4.1 What can you not return? All custom, made-to-order or giveaway items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes most of our core range of Handmade Tutu dresses and accessories where the size and lengths are made to specific, chosen specifications. We do not currently pre-make any of these ranges due to the vast customisation options available.

4.2 What can you return?  Ready-to-go & Shelf Stock items – These items can be returned providing they are unworn and are in a re-saleable condition. Refund or exchange within 14 (UK) or 30 days (Europe and Worldwide). Items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition will not be eligible for refund.

4.3  - If you wish to change Ready-to-go & Shelf Stock items for an alternative (size, colour, style etc) then this will be subject to availability. Ready -to – go items are often limited to a specific sizing and colour and cannot be substituted or exchanged for a Custom or made-to -order product. Please send your item(s) back for a refund and make a new purchase - this is the quickest way to change your item. However if your item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly, we will be able to arrange a replacement to be sent out to you free of charge (you do not need to re-order the item). please email us before returning a faulty or erroneous item so we can advise on what steps to take.

4.4 Simply Tutu will check returned items to assess potential evidence of prior usage. Where it is suspected that goods are being returned in a manner which contravenes our Returns policy, we reserve the right to not accept and or/cancel and refund any future orders.

4.5 When returning your item(s) for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. If you are returning your full order within 14 days of receiving, you are entitled to a refund of the standard basic postage charge - please email to request this statutory entitlement. This only applies to the UK & EU orders and partial order returns do not qualify. Faulty and erroneous goods will be entitled to free returns postage in accordance with distance selling regulations.

4.5 How long to process a return?

Your returns will be received and processed within 10 business days (UK) or 15 (Europe and Worldwide). If you return your order via a priority service, we will not be able to process it as a priority.
If you are due a refund, the funds will be available in your account within 3-5 business days.
This does not affect your rights.

5. Prices, Taxes and Other Costs
5.1 The amount of tax added onto the price of products will be calculated based on your delivery address, so please be aware that the price may change when you enter your address.
All possible customs and import charges are payable by customers outside of Europe. It is not the responsibility of SimplyTutu to calculate customs and import charges, but rather it is the customer's responsibility to inquire about these charges in the delivery country.

6. Privacy Policy
This policy states how SimplyTutu uses and protects the data you provide to us when you use our site.
We treat all data that you provide us as confidential and only use and keep it in line with the rules detailed in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will never sell any data about you to any third party. We may pass data about you to third parties but only for a specific purpose as described in this policy document, for example to create a shipping label. In such cases we will only pass the relevant data that is required for the purpose.
The sections below will explain more about the data we collect, how we use it and how you can have access to it.

How we collect data about you
The information that we collect from and about you is gathered in the following ways:
Through placing an order where you enter your details.

We never sell your personal data to anyone.

Delivery of your order.
For settlement of transactions and fraud prevention purposes we will pass certain details on to banks and/or other payment providers.
To allow third party suppliers to provide services to us which depend on this data, for example newsletter emails, market analysis, creation of shipping labels, competitions.
If we have a legal duty to disclose your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation.
To allow third party suppliers to create and serve adverts to you, run marketing campaigns and analyse the results.

We often communicate with our customers to keep them up to date with information about our products, new ranges, competitions and promotions. We do this primarily via email and social media.
At any point in time you have the right to ask us not to use your personal information for such purposes and you can ask us to stop sending this information at any time.

When collecting your data through our website we will always use Secure Server Technology (SSL-128 bit encryption) to ensure industry standard security of your data during transmission.

Your rights to your data
If you have an account then once you are logged in you can access your personal data and amend or delete certain elements, such as your saved payment details.
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation we will on request provide you with the data that we hold about you and additionally will amend or remove that data in accordance with your instructions.
As a logged in user you have access to all the data that we hold about you and are able to check and amend it.
To request information about the data we hold about you:
Contact our customer service email requesting access to the information that we hold about you. If you are an account holder you must contact us using the email address that you have registered with your account. If you are not an account holder you must contact us using an email address that has been used to place an order.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request and respond with the requested data within one month. We will only ever correspond with you via the email address associated with your account or order(s).
To amend the data we hold about you:
Contact our customer services email as described above in 'To request information about the data we hold about you'.
For email requests we will acknowledge receipt of your request and respond within one month confirming what data has been amended.
To delete the data we hold about you:
Contact our customer services via email in the same way as described above in 'To request information about the data we hold about you'.
Charges for accessing your data:
Reasonable requests to access, amend or delete your data are free of charge, however we will make a charge of £10 per request for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repeated.

Our website may contain links to other websites and/or social media platforms. Please be aware that if you follow a link to any of these websites the privacy policy described on our website will no longer apply. These sites will have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for them. 7. Cookie Policy
